BVRLA rental and leasing members adhere to a mandatory Code of Conduct. This provides customers with the reassurance that the company they are dealing with is committed to delivering the highest industry standards of professionalism and best-practice.

The Rental Broker Code of Conduct applies to members who provide a range of services which are aimed at helping customers find the most suitable rental product.

The Leasing & Fleet Management Code of Conduct requires members to communicate to their customers ‘the end-of-lease vehicle return standard, including: vehicle condition, service and maintenance, vehicle accessories and MOT (if appropriate)’.
